Savemyporn.com has done its best to make your adult internet 'surfing' time a little bit more enjoyable. We've outlined
some of the steps that we have taken on our general information page. If you haven't read
it yet, now is a good time to do so.
No matter how many times we whip out our broom, we cannot fully protect you from some of the dirty things that exist on the internet.
To help lessen your chance of being exploited by dirty internet practices we have created a simple list of steps that you, personally, can take.

Browsing Habits
Although you would like to think that you are never responsible for that Virus on your mom's computer that keeps making it shut down, chances
are you had something to do with it. Internet Browsers, especially Firefox, have done a good job of protecting users from 'non-user-interactive' attacks.
What I mean by that is that input is required by the attacker before they can infect your system. In case you're wondering what this looks Here are few examples:
- Porn-Dialers
- Toolbar & Other plug-ins
- Pop-up Misery.
Pop-up's and unders for that matter, besides being extremely annoying, don't normally involve anything that can be dangerous to your computer. As in all cases of dirty
sites we recommend taking note of them, and not going back!
Software Download Prompts
"Install X Software & talk to babes for free", "Free porn plug-in",etc.etc. At one point in our 'surfing careers' I'm sure that we have all come across the pop-up's that are
requesting us to install software or a plugin. Some of the really dirty sites won't even allow you to exit the page without clicking on the install button. In that case the only
way to avoid the installation is to close your browser all together.
With an idea of what some of these things look like, it is important that you avoid them. Yes, the popup says free porn, which sounds great, but if you read behind the lines it
also says computer viruses, and problems. You feel innocent when they programs end up on your computer, enyet for a stab at free porn you took the risk!
Clean Porn sites
There are hundreds of thousands of porn sites and ways to look at porn. With those numbers in mind there is no reason to ever have to visit or return to a site that is involved in dirty
practices. So what does a clean porn site look like?
- Like savemyporn.com ...
- Clean of Pop-ups/unders
- Clean of Dialers and toolbar Plug-ins
- Clean of Child Pornography
- No mis-guiding links (blind-links)
I have been browsing the adult internet for some years now, and have never gotten involved in viruses, dialers,etc. If you use your common sense, you too can avoid these problems. If you're wondering
where your common senses runs off to, when your hormones start racing, here is a simple list of browsing habits you can take to protect yourself:
- If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
- Never download software from porn sites. Your web browser is all that you need to look at porn!
- Make notes of dirty sites/site networks and stay away from them!
- Report dirty links to webmasters/users whenever possible

Your Browser
You view the internet through an "internet browser". If you are like 90% of other users your current browser is "Internet Explorer", by Microsoft.
Microsoft has done alot of neat things but when it comes to security they never seem to get it right. It would be unfair to say that their product is 100% bad. But what I am
going to say is that there are other options. If you use an Apple computer, you have probably already been introduced to some of these alternatives.
I would recommended Firefox by Mozilla. I have been using it for over year now, and haven't looked back since.
Why Use Firefox?
- Technology - Firefox is written by an open source community of programmers, who have combined their talents to create the most sophisticated browser available, FOR FREE!
- Security - Because 90% of users are on internet explorer, what browser do you think is being targeted by virus writers?
- Security - Firefox was written with security in mind, and has several built in options like advanced pop-blocker,etc!
- Speed - I'm not sure how they do it, but the Firefox will knock the sox of Internet Explorer when it comes to comparing page load times,etc.
- Features - Ever heard of tab browsing? Or Browser Extensions? - Porn Must haves. (More Below)
Firefox has become known as the "Porn Browser". There is even groups of people devoted to this such as Pornzilla. "Pornzilla is a
collection of tools for surfing porn with Firefox. These bookmarklets and extensions make it easier to find and view porn, letting you spend more time looking at smut you like."
I am not going to go into any more detail as to why you should switch or at least check out Firefox, as you might start to think that they employ me. Then you remember that it's open-source
so you decide to surf on over to:

Virus-Protection
At times it may seem like browsing the internet or even simply using a computer without virus protection is like sleeping with "Misty" from Downtown, without a rubber on. Wear a rubber, and look into
virus protection! Taking the steps above and browsing the internet safely, is going to protect you most of the time; but what happens when the rubber breaks? Anti-Virus Software is good at handling both
computer viruses, and other nuisances like pop-ups, and malicious software removal.
I recommend checking out: Norton/Symantec, McAffee as well as keeping your operating system, and software up to date.
Microsoft also has a free malicious software removal tool worth checking out.
